Whatever service you need done, DoneEZ would like to be your one stop destination to find the help you need to get the job done. Whether you need services from an auto mechanic or handyman, a house cleaner,tutor or caterer, a doctor or lawyer, or maybe you just wanted someone to run a simple errand for you, our platform supports all types of services to be requested or booked. Why is auto services the only type of service that can be requested on DoneEZ?
Currently our platform only support auto services to be requested but we will be adding more service categories in the coming months. So please stay tuned.
How much does this service cost?
It is free to sign up. Customers only pay when they book a service from a participating merchant listed on DoneEZ.
How does requested services differ from instant services?
Instant services are simpler jobs that can be done relatively fast (under one hour) which the customer can book instantly without needing quotes from a service provider. Instant services also feature promoted times price discounts depending on the merchants off peak appointment times. You can access to instant services by using ServicePass feature. Requested services are the more complex jobs that require a price quote from a service provider. To ensure an accurate quote, customers will need to provide specific details about the job they need done as well as any relevant pics. A service request can be made by clicking “PostEZ”
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes your schedule changes. You can always cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To cancel, please email support@doneez.com and let us know which appointment you need to cancel. If your appointment is within 24 hours, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
How do I pay the service provider for their services?
For Instantly booked services, payment will be made after booking the service and before the job is done. We accept a credit card or PayPal payment.
For Requested services, we will pay the business or service pro directly after they complete your job.

DoneEZ is a website where businesses and service pros can promote and sell their services. We find you customers who will either instantly book a job or request a quote from you.
What types of services can I offer on DoneEZ?

What are some of the benefits of being a DoneEZ provider?
Instant Services 1. We allow you to promote your open appointment times. You can promote your business off peak hours (time of the day when business is normally slower) by offering a discount on those times. 2. We sync your open appointments so that customers can book an appointment with you instantly without the need to ever pick up the phone to call you. 3. With our ServicePass feature, you can list all services that can be done in under one hour and let customer instantly buy and booked an appointment with you with one click. Requested Services 1. You will have a dedicated business profile page where you can relate all the details of your business. 2. We have a location based system so you can connect and interact with your customers in real time. 3. From your dashboard page you will also be able to manage your service hours indicating open time slots for customers to book a job. 4. To help you reach a wider audience, we also have an auto post feature where you can choose to automatically include your business profile on sites like Craigslist and Google. Do I need to pay to join DoneEZ as a service provider?
Instant services It's completely FREE to list and sell your appointments with DoneEZ ServicePass . With ServicePass you can list all your services that you normally can do in under one hour and let your customers instantly buy and booked a service with you with one click. Requested services We are currently running a free promotion for all users. We are working with service providers to come up with a fair pricing structure that works for everyone. All users will be notified when that happens!
How do I get paid after fulfilling a customer's request?
instant servicesollect the money from the customer when they book your appointment. We'll pay you via check or PayPal within 7 days of the appointment. You can let us know which of those options is easiest! (As an added bonus, we cover the credit card and PayPal fees for you.) For requested services You will be paid directly by the customer after you complete the job.
Can sign up as DoneEZ auto service provider if I don't own a shop?
Yes. Mobile mechanics as well as those with physical shops are welcome to sign up as providers on DoneEZ. All we ask is for you to be able to provide auto services with a commitment to great customer service and quality auto repair services. After all, you will be rated by your customers based on their experience with you. We want to bring trust back to the auto service industry where previously it may be lacking. Many people perceive providers in the auto service industry as untrustworthy and we would like to change that.
